All our scooters and powerchairs are delivered within 4 working days. Some of our more popular models are also stocked for next working day delivery, if ordered before 1pm. Please check the product page for the model you are interested in to check the delivery estimate.

We can also offer nominated day (£15) and Saturday (£30) deliveries, just give us call if this is needed.

£50 Ready to Drive Service

For non-folding models (where you just need to take them out of the box, unfold and go), we offer a 'ready to drive' option for £50. This means we will assemble your scooter or powerchair, and then re-pack it into the box for courier kerbside delivery.

This is ideal for people who don't want the fuss of self-assembly or the extended wait time on our full engineer handover service.

The only pre-requsite for ready-to-drive is that you must still be able to recieve a pallet delivery (room of choice is not possible) and remove the box and roll the scooter or powerchair off the pallet.

£95 Engineer Setup & Handover

Setup & Handover is a full white-glove service where an engineer will make an appointment to hand-deliver the scooter or powerchair into your room of choice, along with checking you are happy with its operation and functions. We recommend this if the recipient is both not able-bodied enough to unpack a boxed delivery and unable to assemble the product themselves.

This service adds about 7 working days to the delivery time

British Collection

Home Set-Up Included on all models

As a luxury product, all chairs in the British collection come with a full engineer home delivery, set-up and demonstration. 

Our express range gets this done in around 7-10 working days - Please ensure you leave a phone number at checkout so our network can schedule your appointment once your chair is ready.

Classic Collection

Home Set-Up Included on all models

Our classic collection comes with room of choice delivery and set-up.

Delivery takes approximately 10-14 working days. If you need a chair faster, consider checking out some of our other products.

Restwell / Wilcare

Setup & Handover is a full white-glove service where an engineer will make an appointment to hand-deliver the scooter or powerchair into your room of choice, along with checking you are happy with its operation and functions. We recommend this if the recipient is both not able-bodied enough to unpack a boxed delivery and unable to assemble the product themselves.

All Other Products

For all other products not mentioned above, we use a range of couriers to dispatch items, including DPD.

Items Damaged in Transit

Any items damaged in transit will be replaced with no quibbles, provided you take photos of the damage and contact us within 2 working days of recieving your order.

We may also offer you a discount or to send the parts if the damage is cosmetic only, however it's your decision whether you accept this, or ask for a complete replacement, or collection for a full refund.

Delivery Areas

We deliver everywhere on the Great British mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) only. We can also deliver to any British outlying island and Northern Ireland for an extra courier fee - please call us to check before ordering. As an example, Isle of Wight generally costs approximately £40 extra for delivery of a scooter or recliner chair on a pallet and takes about a week.
